Work begins.

Well, today I received a call from the pizza place. He said I was approved to be a driver so now I get to drive around in the heat and deliver pizzas to hungry people. My friend says they tip better when it's hot too. I have until the 12th to save up my money and send off a 355 dollar check to the IRS. For those of you who don't read my chocojournal, the people who did my taxes in 03 messed up on the paperwork and it turns out I owe 300+ dollars for interest I earned on some account I had. I need to send them the check as soon as possible so the IRS will get off my tail. These aren't the best people to mess with you know... u_u

I used my last week off to catch up on some gaming I left behind. I unfroze my WoW account to find my Warlock still there, and I managed to get him to level 29 today. Then I made a little bit more progress on Xenosaga Episode 2. I'm like one dungeon away from the end but the crappy gameplay is keeping me from finishing it. I just can't stand the horrible battle system any longer. I did end up finishing Phantom Brave. I buffed up my characters a little too much and killed the last boss in a few hits. This is why I dislike some Nippon Ichi games. They should make it impossible to power level your characters until you at least beat the game. That way, some of the challenge is still left in the game. But even then, the computer AI is too brainless and predictable to be any challenge. It almost always follows the same run for the weakest character tactic or lift the strongest item on the battle field. The game was still good, though, and the story was very heartwarming. The ending made me smile. :3

Man, its about 84°F in the house right now. They refuse to run the air conditioner since the bill was 500 dollars last month, so the only option we have is to open the window and deal with the heat. Maybe if it wasn't so freakin hot at night I wouldn't mind. At least its starting to cool down in here now. Maybe I'll be able to get some sleep in. ^^
